Comprised in large part of Pinegrove Avenue and Oakridge Drive this area is well known for its mid-century ranches and capes woven through the dense woods. This neighborhood amongst the trees had once been almost entirely a fruit-tree orchard. Residents enjoy nearly immediate access to Durand Eastman Park and Helmer Nature Center.
