Slipped right in between the wild glens and steep ravines of Huntington Hills and the more densely packed and urban environments of the Lakebreeze community. Durrand Terrace developed in late 1940s and early 1950’s helping to form a gentle transition between the two areas. Homes in this area are largely comprised of the small but charming capes and colonials popular at the time with returning service members.
