Located behind Ridge-Culver Plaza this neighborhood contains a variety of ranch homes with easy access to route 104 and 590. Families with school age children will appreciate close proximity to East Ridge High School as well as easy access to nearby shopping and entertainment options.This land was once occupied by the Manning family farm which included six acres of peach trees, and similarly sized plots of strawberries, raspberries and other fruits. Grapes grew on the slopes of the creek/gully that runs alongside what is now Route 104 west.
