Nestled between Seneca Park and St. Paul Boulevard, the Parkside neighborhood is named after the Parkside school which once stood near the end of Hunt Lane. The area offers a wide array of housing styles due to its varied pattern of development. The neighborhood is also home to one of the Town’s most historic properties, the Hosea Rogers house, which has stood on St. Paul Boulevard complete with its boat-anchor hitching post since 1851.
